Connie, is really such a kind, generous, understanding shop owner!! When I received the 3.5 in cutters I had ordered, I thought they looked smaller than what I perceived was the average size, so I wanted to change it to 4 in cutters. I told Connie I was willing to pay the difference. She was so sweet and didn't charge me and was so understanding, she changed them from 3.5 to 4 in cutters no problem and shipped ASAP. She shipped so fast on both occassions, the initial shipment and when she upsized the cutters on the 2nd shipment. Also, she is so nice and so accomodating, even just messaging back and forth with her. She was so patient. She will forever be my go to for cookie cutters from now on!!! Thank you so much Connie!!! You are one of the kindest and fastest shipper / shop owner I've come across on Etsy!!
