When I received the 3.5 in cutters I had ordered, I thought they looked smaller than what I perceived was the average size, so I wanted to change it to 4 in cutters. I told Connie I was willing to pay the difference. She was so sweet and didn't charge me and was so understanding, she changed them from 3.5 to 4 in cutters no problem and shipped ASAP. She shipped so fast on both occassions, the initial shipment and when she upsized the cutters on the 2nd shipment.
